My son, 8-year-old returned from the hairdresser with only half of her hair cut off… When the salon in tears called me, I am immediately returned to the living room… and I was under the shock of what I found😨✂️

I almost drop my coffee cup to see my son.

On the right side, her hair was perfectly cut.

But to the left, no one had touched it.

— What has happened to you ?

— Mr. Lewis was arrested.

Since the age of four years, he always went to the same hairdresser. He knew his favorite baseball team, he kept a lollipop grapes and left even choose the music for the cup.

The living room was only three blocks from the home, then for some time, I let him go alone.

I immediately called the hairdresser.

I just thought that his mower was broken down.

But it is a man in tears, which won.

— I’m sorry… I simply could not continue after what your son has done.

I felt my blood freeze.

— What is he doing ?

A long silence settled.

— Go back with him. There is something here that you need to see.

On the way, I tried to ask my son, but he just told me :

— Mom, please…

When we arrived, the panel CLOSED was already hanging on the door, so that it was not even noon.

The hairdresser has made us enter.

He had red eyes.

Then, without saying a word, he showed us the back of the living room.

There was a second chair stylist…

And when I saw who was sitting in it, I finally understood why the haircut my son had stopped in the middle… 😰

On the second chair sat an elderly man.

He must have been around seventy years.

He wore a cape hairdresser on the shoulders, and her hair was something strangely familiar.

One side had been cut very short.

The other was still long.

Exactly the reverse of that of my son.

I don’t understand… I had whispered.

The barber wiped his eyes.

— THIS MAN CAME THIS MORNING. HE WANTED to CUT his HAIR, BUT WHEN HE heard THE PRICE, HE TOLD Me THAT HE HAD NOT ENOUGH MONEY.

He was preparing for a job interview.

For months, he slept in places of good fortune, and, finally, he had obtained a chance of getting a job as a janitor.

The hairdresser had proposed to him to cut free hair.

But the old man, embarrassed, had thanked him and was about to leave.

My son had heard the whole conversation from his chair.

— And then ? I asked.

The hairdresser looked at my son.

— THEN, HE SAID THAT ONE SHOULD USE MONEY INTENDED FOR HIS HAIRCUT.

My son dropped his eyes.

— But the cup was already paid, I said.

— Exactly.

The hairdresser explained to him the same thing.

Then my son came out the twenty dollars he économisait for weeks to buy a baseball cap.

He placed them on the counter.

— Is that enough ?

At this moment, the hairdresser was struggling to hold back her tears.

— I told him to keep his money and that I would finish free of cut of this gentleman.

But my son insisted.

Then, when the hairdresser turned back to him to resume his cup, my son shook his head.

— Him first.

— This is why that you are back with only half of your hair cut ?

My son shrugged his shoulders.

— You told me to go back for lunch.

THE OLD MAN LAUGHED, THEN WIPED his QUICK EYES.

The hairdresser had closed his living room for a few moments because he wanted us to get back. Not because my son had done something wrong.

But because he did not want this day ended without me knowing what my son had done.

The old man ends up having his cup.

The hairdresser even gave him a clean shirt that he kept to the bottom of his living room.

Before leaving, the old man leaned toward my son.

— If I get this job, I will buy a baseball cap with my first salary.

My son shook his seriously the head.

— Buy yourself something nice for you.

This time, it was my turn to look away to hide my tears.

The hairdresser did finally sit my son in his wheelchair original and finished his cup.

A few weeks later, we returned to the living room.

The old man stood near the counter.

He had got the job.

And he was holding two baseball caps in his hands.

One was for my son.

The other was to him.

— You told me to buy me something good to me also, ” he explained.

My son addressed to him a big smile.

And it is at this moment that I understood that, this Saturday, my son was not returned to the house with a simple hair cut, unfinished.

He came back with a decision which, at eight years old, had asked him to less reflection than it would have asked many of the adults during their entire life :

He had seen someone who needed help and had not asked what he would receive in return.
