Why is garlic so effective?
Garlic is known for its antifungal, antibacterial, and insect-repelling properties. Thanks to its sulfur compounds, it acts as a natural pest repellent and protects against fungal infections. And mixing it with cinnamon — also antifungal — boosts its power.

How to prepare the tea:

5 cloves of garlic (with skin)

350 ml of water

2 cinnamon sticks

Use once a week.
