A bodybuilding champion has died in a horrific accident in Brazil while riding a bicycle. On the BR-369 highway, between Ibipora and Jataizinho, Andre Cavalcanti, 34, struck a 17-year-old child who was riding without a license.
According to Police Chief Vitor Dutra, the accident occurred when the teenager passed by and collided head-on with the bodybuilder’s motorcycle.
It is believed that Cavalcanti died at the scene of the accident. The teenager’s parents were unaware that their son had taken their car to go out and have fun with two other children, aged 15 and 17.
After the horrific crash, they were transported to the hospital to treat unspecified injuries.
